Clearing the Browser Cache (History)

1. Periodically, we encourage you to clear your browser cache and refresh this application. 
2. Clearing the cache (History) can be accessed via holding the Shift-Ctrl keys down and then pressing the Delete key while the browser has focus. 
3. This is applicable to all of the Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome browsers.
4. Using Ctrl-F5 is also another documented alternative (here).
